We're reached the midway point in our epic Dizzy feature and we hope you're enjoying the memories! in case you missed it, there's two reviews already live on Dizzy - The Ultimate Cartoon Adventure CPC and Fantastic Dizzy NES. But that's not all we've got lined-up for fans of the iconic egg, because on top of a third retrotastic review from Chris, we also have an exclusive interview with none other than Dizzy's creators, the Oliver Twins!

The eagle-eyed amongst you will have also spotted our new category Back Issues under the Home tab. In homage to just about every self-respecting games magazine of the last twenty-odd years, it's essentially a means of showing off our old covers (okay, homepage banners) in the order in which they were up on the site. They already hold some great memories for us, and we hope you appreciate the artwork. Plans are also afoot for a Pixel Gallery, showing off Chris's collection of fantastic review and feature banners, so stay tuned for that. As ever, there's lots more to come both in terms of retro and contemporary game coverage - be it reviews, features or interviews, make your voice heard in the comment section found at the bottom of each article.

We've been put back a few days following the closure of Adbrite who supplied the site's banners, but that's been sorted and normal service will resume very shortly. And without wishing to sound too much like a Resident Evil 4 merchant, we've got some lovely stuff for you this month on The Pixel Empire.

A real fusion of the old and the new, with the hope being that we will over the next few weeks wheel out (at the very least) an Assassin's Creed double-header, the final part of our Street Fighter marathon, era-hopping reviews of Batman for the GX4000 and Prey for PC, extensive coverage of The Walking Dead and something really special for all you Dizzy fans!

Also, in case you missed it, we bagged an exclusive interview with Mark of the Ninja's lead designer Nels Anderson, and as these Q&As have proved a hit with both our staff and readers, we've more on the way. If there are any games you'd like to see covered, either in review or feature form, let us know on our facebook or twitter pages and we'll do our very best! :)
