Manufactured by Wellback Holdings through its Timlex International Division, the Mega Duck (alternatively Cougar Boy) was a handheld system comprising of just 24 Game Boy-alike titles. All but one of these were created by Taiwanese developer Thin Chen Enterprise (under the brands “Commin” and “Sachen”). Despite a limited library, the system produced a number of respectable games, many of which later appeared as unlicensed releases for the Game Boy. A laptop variant called the Super Junior Computer followed, with its own printer and 12 educational cartridges.
